Returns & Refunds Policy

At Simply Her, we want you to be delighted with your journal, planner, or notebook. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  
• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  
• For UK orders, a £3.29 deduction will be applied to cover the original shipping cost we provided.
  
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@simplyher.com with your order number and details.
   
2. We’ll share the return address and instructions.
   
3. Ship the item back to us within the 14-day return window.
