Our Vision

We believe every woman carries strength within her—even in life’s heaviest moments. These tools and spaces are created to help women heal, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their power.

Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no set timeline. Through grief, heartbreak, or change, this is a gentle reminder that self-love is a practice worth nurturing every day.

Healing starts here, one page and one step at a time

Where It All Began

Simply Her was born out of my own journey through loss and healing. My dad suddenly passed away and my life stopped. I felt broken, some days I couldn’t get out of bed, I didn’t shower, and I felt stuck in a place I didn’t know how to move past. Then I started journalling, I wrote down my feelings, using small prompts, reading quotes and created my own routine to better myself and it gave me a sense of hope, all on a piece of paper, and that became more than just a journal.

That’s why I created Simply Her, I wanted to give other women a safe space, a gentle companion and a tool to track their own healing and growth through life’s hardest moments. Although grief, heartbreak or any loss can never be fully healed, it can get easier. With each page, you can build habits, reflect and begin to see just how far you’ve come.

Our main journal, The Healing Journal was made with lots of love for women who need a reminder that healing is possible. It’s filled with prompts, activities, free writing space and a daily journal designed to guide you through life’s hardest times and celebrate the progress you have made.

At Simply Her, my vision is to walk with you, to remind you that you are not alone, and give you something that feels like a personal companion on your journey, because sometimes, even a few words on a page can help us keep moving forward.
